Generational Healing
During a period of healing, I decided to celebrate the life of my Mother and Grandmother and mySelf through the medium of painting. It was a JOY to create this piece and there is, of course, a turtle and spider in it. Clay creation is such a long process that involves much patience, whereas Painting gives immediate results. Sometimes I like to paint for this reason and now am creating mixed media pieces with clay and paint on canvas.
